The basics of design can be broken down into three distinct parts: point, line, and plane. The point in design can be as insignificant as a single spot or as a concentrated power space.

We have several points in the design of PLP-2, and each one draws the eye and represents a different focus on the watch. The concept of the line in PLP-2 is represented by the hands of the watch.

Each hand has an independent path of movement, allowing us to feel more layers and depth to the feel and design of the timepiece. The plane is represented by the face of PLP-2.

It is the medium on which all our ideas are expressed. The face is a single solid color in PLP-2 and adds depth and dimension to the rest of the watch.
